FAQ’S

  • We recommend at least 5–8 weeks to plan a truly memorable proposal as we need city permits. The more time we have, the more personalized and seamless your experience will be!

  • We’re happy to suggest and secure the perfect location for your proposal, or we can work with a spot you already have in mind. Our goal is to create the ideal setting for your special moment.

  • We love meeting our clients over coffee to discuss your vision and how we can help. If you’re based overseas or prefer a virtual meeting, we can arrange a video call at a time that suits you. We’re flexible and happy to connect however works best for you.

  • Yes! We love collaborating with new vendors and are happy to work with your chosen team, as well as recommend trusted partners from our preferred list.

  • Communication is key! We’re available via email, phone, video calls, WhatsApp messages and in-person meetings. There’s no limit to how many times you can reach out-we’re with you every step of the way.

  • After our initial meeting (in person or online), we’ll send you a proposal outlining your package. To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit. After that, we’re officially on your team!
